Evaluation of Scale Management Suitability Based on the Entropy-TOPSIS Method

The evaluation of scale management suitability provides a comprehensive assessment the various factors driving farmland conditions. This research objectively evaluated conditions for by applying entropy-TOPSIS method with aim effectively balancing space agricultural production, development towns, and ecological protection. First, to ensure balance between urban development, protection, 13 indexes were selected represent following three areas: natural factors, socioeconomic characteristics cultivated land factors. original matrix was standardized evaluate resources, social economy, conditions, in Jiangjin District Chongqing conducted. results divide study area into four regions based on level suitability. Examining spatial distribution, decreased gradually from north south, at high middle levels concentrated northern beside Yangtze river, low southern mountain area. can provide reference rational utilization resources use policymaking.
